Designing net impact strategies adapted to ecosystem regeneration.

THE PROGRAM

Our core work incorporates ecosystem regeneration into impactful business strategies. We connect corporate and nonprofits to redirect funding into vetted restoration projects to add structure, reporting and scale.

HUMAN BEINGS AS LIVING ORGANIZATIONS

NGO Network

In our DOWNSTREAM OFFERING, we help local conservation projects around the world build structure to scale by implementing rigorous science protocols and net impact reporting, which correlate to impact strategies upstream. In tandem, we facilitate feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement as we incorporate our philosophy to serve the common good.

Our goal is to empower practitioners on the ground while challenging them to set the precedent as leaders in their field, exemplifying a new way forward that’s sustainable for projects and their communities.

Corporate Partners

In our UPSTREAM OFFERING, we design planet-compatible organizations with net impact strategies and transition plans directly sourced from the field, including compliance with current regulations. Simultaneously, we work to redirect private and philanthropic investments into downstream conservation projects committed to raising the standard of net impact reporting.

Our goal is to challenge business leaders to flip the current unsustainable models on their head, and report on net impact to become active contributors to regenerate Earth’s vital ecosystems.

Moshun Scouts

We are eco-systemic thinkers and doers, turning gaps and vulnerabilities into opportunities. Our entire crew has been trained in marine ecosystem restoration, from gardening corals in French Polynesia and counting green sea turtles hatching in the South Pacific, to reforesting mangroves in Madagascar. Through our diverse backgrounds, we deeply understand a reality that very few have encountered or even known.

TESTIMONIALS

Thanks to Moshun, we built a strong team, efficient processes, and a robust, impact-driven strategy.

As the founder of Koraï, a startup dedicated to regenerating marine biodiversity through coral restoration in the Western Indian Ocean, Moshun's support has proven invaluable to enhance Koraï's strategy and operations. Thanks to their expertise, we are on track to really scale our impact.

TESTIMONIALS

Moshun played a crucial role at the turning point of our NGO’s 20th year to help us describe, guide and harmonize our thinking around our new action plan and strategic vision.

Moshun enabled us to amplify our efforts and  transform our long-term vision, based on three clear pillars and their associated action plans. Our NGO really hit a turning point with Karine's support, and we feel confident and excited for what the future holds for our turtle conservation programs.
